WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

At FinScape, we want you to be thrilled with your experience. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us to discuss your issues to determine what refund or resolution can be given within 72 hours of completed service. Deposit amounts paid by client and ANY owner out-of-pocket fees billed toward services are not eligible for refund.  

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ?

We take pride in offering efficient, tank setup and cleaning services that are tailored to meet specific needs and your schedule. Most appointments are completed within 2hrs (depending on size). Kindly get in touch with us to schedule an appointment at your earliest, and we will handle the rest with a personalized touch.  Tank clarity observed within 24 - 72 hrs of service completion.
